Delegation of King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok of Thailand Visited Kaifeng Vocational College

On the morning of November 20, Asst. Prof. Dr. Suphot Chunwiphat, Dean of the Graduate College, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krit Angkeaw, Associate Dean for Administration and Special Affairs of the Graduate College of King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) and their delegation visited Kaifeng Vocational College (KFVC). Chen Gang, Director of the OUAand Zhang Qingfang, Director of the International Exchange Center received the delegationJiao Junpu, Director of the Office Scientific and Research, as well as other relevant department leaders accompanied the participants.

Zhang Qingfangon behalf of the KFVCextended a warm welcome and sincere greetings to the delegation of  KMUTNB and expressed a hopeful vision for cooperation between the two institutions.

Chen Gang introduced the running course, practices and characteristics of the KFVC. He emphasized that the visit by the delegation from KMUTNB would effectively strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two institutions, enhance the quality of the KFVC’s open education, and broaden new path ways for international exchange and talent cultivation.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Suphot Chunwiphat expressed heart felt gratitude for the warm reception by the KFVC. He provided a detailed overview of the KMUTNB’s history and specialized programs and expressed a strong desire to deepen cooperation with the KFVC for mutual development. Additionally, he extended a warm invitation for the KFVC’s faculty and students to visit KMUTNB for study exchanges, collaborative activities, and academic cooperation.

During the exchange session, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on talent cultivation, academic research, and cultural exchange, reaching a preliminary consensus on future cooperation. After the meeting, the leaders of both sides exchanged gifts and took group photos.

This visit not only enhanced mutual understanding through on-site exploration and in-depth dialogue but also strengthened connections in academic collaboration and cultural exchange.
