On the morning of December 25, the inauguration ceremony of the Haier Smart Home Industry-Education Integration Base was successfully held at Mingzhong Building, Kaifeng Vocational College. The ceremony was witnessed by dozens of enterprise representatives, including Guo Yao, General Manager of Haier Domestic Service; Yang Zhiwei, General Manager of Haier Service Platform Scenario Technology; Zhang Huawei, General Manager of Haier Refrigeration Industry Service; Niu Zhaoxue, General Manager of Haier Air Conditioning Industry Service; Xu Hao, General Manager of Haier Kitchen Appliance Industry Service; and Li Mingcheng, Director of Haier Service Scenario Operations. Also present were school leadersincluding Xu Zhongkun, President of Kaifeng Vocational College, and Liu Shanshan, Executive President, along with heads of relevant departments and representatives of teachers and students. The ceremony was presided over by Ma Jigang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Kaifeng Vocational College.

In his address, Xu Zhongkun, President of Kaifeng Vocational College, extended a warm welcome to the leaders and guests in attendance. Witnessed by all attendees, Guo Yao and Xu Zhongkun jointly unveiled the plaque for the “Haier Smart Home Industry-Education Integration Base,” marking the official entry of the collaboration into its substantive phase.

The Haier Smart Home Industry-Education Integration Base at Kaifeng Vocational College focuses on cutting-edge fields such as smart homes and intelligent manufacturing. It integrates functions including talent cultivation, curriculum development, faculty training, technological research and development, internship training, and certification assessment. Centered on an “Order-Oriented Class” model, the base will jointly develop specialized courses and training materials, establish a “dual-subject” education model involving both the college and the enterprise, and provide professional technical training and industry certification services. Accompanied by President Xu Zhongkun and other college representatives, Guo Yao and his delegation visited the JDDigital Economy Industry College, the One-Stop Student Community, the Xiaomi (Henan) Industry-Education Integration Base, and the Intelligent Manufacturing Training Center.
